Merry Christmas!(DIY Snowmen oreos!)♥♥♥

Christmas always seems to bring out the kid in me.
I think it shows in every cupcake swirl sitting in my case today.
From a peanut butter reindeer frosting swirl on top of of Chocolate cupcake,
to the silly Olaf cupcakes beside them!

Since I live in Wisconsin, and the weather here is crazy cold,
I haven't been able to build a real snowman; so instead I sat inside in my nice cozy sweater, frosting covered yoga pants, and sparkle covered ugg boots, and made these!

Chocolate covered oreo snowmen!!!
These are so easy peasy that I thought I'd show you *all* how to make them yourself!

Since I'm sure you all know how to dip oreos in chocolate I skipped that part!
Or you can cheat, and buy the oreos already dipped in chocolate!
Yes they make some already dipped in chocolate!

Here are my already dipped oreos ready to be snowmen!!!

Here are all the fun things you need!
Besides the Chocolate covered oreos of course!

1. Chocolate candy melts
2. Orange colored candy melts
3. a cup to melt chocolate in.
4. Red Heart sprinkles! (because sprinkles make everything more fun!)
5. A cakepop stick
6. a little plastic bag. (I used one that I put over finished cakepops)

First you melt a little bit of the chocolate in the cup!
(Make sure you melt it 30sec. at a time so it doesn't burn!)

Then you dip your cakepop stick into the chocolate:

Then you just dab on some eyeballs!

Then the mouth!

Are your hands shaking yet? (:
Taaaaaadaaaa! It's got eyes, and a mouth now!

If you want to have girly snowmen, then you can
add a red Christmas hair bow to them like this!
Then to make the nose, you take that little plastic bag,
and melt a little bit of the orange colored candy melts in it,
cut off the little part on the end, so you just can draw on the nose with the chocolate!

Taaaaada!!!! You made snowmen oreos!

Here is my army of Chocolate covered oreo cuteness!!!

♥♥♥If you make some I'd *love* to see pictures!!!
Feel free to share on our facebook page. or in the comments below!

Cheers to a Merry Happy Christmas,
and a sparkly new year!!

It was a dozen, and a half cupcakes of fun! ♥ ♥ ♥

♥ ♥ ♥ I recently applied to be on cupcakes! I'm *crossing* my fingers they call me!
Anyways....last Saturday I went down to Madison for the Iron Cupcake!
It was a dozen, and a half cupcakes of fun! ♥ ♥ ♥

On the way back, we got lost, and ended up stopping at culvers!
I went in, and got food. I was wearing my "I heart iSparkle Cupcakes" t-shirt.
This guy started asking me if this sparkly cupcakes place was real! I was like yes I own it!
Then they wanted cupcakes...so of course I had to go get some of the left over cupcakes I made for iron cupcake, and share them! They were all so happy! They gave me hugs, and free ice cream, and said they would come visit, and they expect to see me on cupcake wars someday!

It made me so happy that my cupcakes made them all happy!
It was like we were meant to get lost, and end up there!

I'm starting to think I need a little pink cupcake
mobile so I can bring sparkly cupcakes to everyone!!!

♥ ♥ ♥I just had to share my little cupcake story with you all! ♥ ♥ ♥

You don't eat cupcakes because you want to be skinny, you eat cupcakes because you want to be happy....♥

Sometimes you wonder if you should
really be eating this for breakfast...
but when there is a waffle on top how can you go wrong? (;
Sometimes a cupcake is so sinfully delightful that you feel like a
little kid who just snuck a cookie out of the cookie jar,
and you don't want your mother to catch you eating it!

Ice cream cupcakes...the perfect way to have your cake,
and ice cream in one delightful bite!
How can you not play with your food,
when it's smiling back at you?
It's the little things in life that make each day lovely.
So take a bite, you only live once....

Cupcake minions!

Have you ever seen the movie despicable me?
With those little cute yellow guys, the minions!

They make me giggle....
Which is why I was giggling the whole time making this:

BWAHAHAHAHA...I'm giggling now looking at these pictures!
A giant cupcake minion. ♥
This is how big he was compared to a normal cupcake!
He was so cute I almost didn't want to
give him to the people who ordered him!

All my cupcakes are my little minions
being sent out into the world to make people happy!

a glitterized Easter

What do you remember about Easter when you were little?
Decorating eggs?
An Easter egg hunt?
The Easter bunny?

I remember them all...

This year I still felt like a little kid who got to decorate eggs.
Just with a slight change ♥
My egg decorating involved cupcakes....
Not just any cupcakes...
Fun pretty sparkly peep cupcake filled eggs.
Yes, I baked cupcake inside of a real eggshell, and it was a fun sparkly adventure.

Of course the cupcake fun didn't stop there...
These lovelies were created in the late hours of the night for all of you to enjoy Easter morning.
Maybe even a hidden Easter basket was filled with these sparkly cupcakes. ♥
What is Easter without peeps, and chocolate?
A chocolate cupcake turned into an Easter dream.
With the grass, and the bunny peeping out at you.
It was an Easter dream of cupcakes. ♥

I love the people who come in my bakery!

All the people who tell me good morning when I came into the mall at 6:30 in the morning!
All the people who wave through the window as I'm getting ready for the day.
The guy who came in today to show me the shirt he bought himself as an Easter present!
The lady who came in, and bought a cupcake for someone opening up their own salon...I even folded the money she was giving her into a shirt, and tried ribbon around it, and it looked like it had a bow tie!

I love the people who come in just to encourage me, and admire my cupcakes.
I love the guy who told me my cupcake was so good that if I wasn't married he would kiss me! It made me giggle. Good thing he didn't know that I'm not married(:
I love the cute older couple who came in, and said they were prying for me, and my business.
I love the random cupcake presents people bring me, just because.
I adore the lady who came in so excited because she wanted sparkly cupcakes at her wedding.
I love all the randomness that happens during my day.
I love that a guy let me put my cupcakes in his helicopter

You all mean so much more to me then you will ever know.
Thank you. ♥

one, two........♥

Today is my Nephew Nathan's birthday.....
He is two years old today.
He love's my cupcakes.

His smile is contagious. ♥
Even when he's naughty.
You can't help but laugh at him.
Future heart breaker...I mean really! look at those eyes!
I made him an Elmo cupcake for his birthday.
Someday he's going to either hate me for this tutu picture,
or laugh about it with me. ♥
I think the cutest thing ever was
when I went to Japan for 2 months...
When I came back home, and walked through the door
he got so excited that his legs started moving before he did!
Then when I was unpacking he kept sitting in my suitcase like
he thought I was going to leave again,
and if I was he was coming with!
Happy Birthday to one of the silliest little boys I know,
my life wouldn't be the same without you.
I love you! ♥

D.I.Y. Pot-O-Gold Cakepops!

St. Patrick's day is coming up.....
Are you going to wear green?
Or if you're anything like me you'll be wearing a green sparkly tutu,
while eating a sparkly Pot-O-Gold cakepop....

Hmmmmmmmmmmm....
Well...you must have good luck
(did you find that lucky penny on the sidewalk...or maybe you're wearing your lucky socks today?)
because I'm going to help you make your own Pot-O-Gold cakepops!

Bwahahahahahaha ♥

Do you even know how to make cakepops?
I make mine a little different then those fancy schmancy cakepop makers.

I crumble up my already baked cake..or cupcakes.
I find it easier to crumble the cake when it's still a little hot.
Then...I add a teeny tiny bit of frosting.
It's better to start with a small amount because you can always add more if needed...
but you can never take any out if you add too much! So start small(:

Shopping list:
Green Candy Melts.
Cakepop sticks.
Gold Sprinkles.
parchment paper.
Stuff to make your cake.

After all that........
Roll them into whatever size balls you want...because I have no idea how big you want your cakepops...so make them whatever size you want but I wouldn't go to big because then the stick might not hold it up, and it will fall over, and be a sad cakepop mess! ♥

I made my cakepops rainbow...because of the whole pot-O-gold at the end of the rainbow thing but you can make yours how ever you want, because they're yours...
& after they get made into the cakeballs you want to put them in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then go dance around in the kitchen to kill time!
After that then you get your cakepop sticks, and dip
just the ends into your green Candy Melts...just a little bit, and then
stick it into the cakeball about half way through.
After you get the sticks on all your cakeballs...
you get to dip them into the Candy Melts..and make them into cakepops!
I found that it is a lot easier to dip the cakepops if you put your candy melts in a coffee mug!
Weird I know..my moms idea but it works really well because it's narrow, and deep.
After you dip them then place them flat down on some parchment paper...
& kind of push down slightly to get that nice flat top.
After they dry....Then you get to dip them again!
But just the tops...this is how you get your gold sparkle to stick.
& then so on....

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
